Our Team

Manny, a Florida Licensed Contractor, was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut, and moved to Southwest Florida in 1979. He began his career in the construction industry in 1984 as the founder of Josie Cypher Inc. After discovering his passion for design, Manny founded Premier Showcase Inc. in 1996. For Manny, the most rewarding part of his work is building lasting relationships with clients and doing everything he can to bring their transformation visions to life.

Daniel, a Florida Licensed Contractor, was born and raised in Fort Myers. He has been with Premier Showcase since 2002, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Interior Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Tampa. He takes great pleasure in working closely with clients every day, ensuring their vision comes to life.

Amanda, a Fort Myers native, attended Florida Gulf Coast University from 2010 to 2014, where she was a pitcher for the Division-1 Softball team. She earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Information Systems during her time at FGCU. For Amanda, the most rewarding aspect of her career is watching projects come together and building meaningful relationships with customers along the way.

Justin, originally from the small town of Underwood, Minnesota, located three hours northwest of the Twin Cities, moved to Fort Myers in 2021. He played college football at the University of Minnesota, Morris, where he earned his degree in Financial and Organizational Management. Justin enjoys the daily learning opportunities in his role and finds fulfillment in bringing clients’ visions to life.

Bella was born and raised in the small town of Dodgeville, Wisconsin, before making the move to Florida in 2021. She studied through the Interior Design Institute and brings a creative eye and passion for thoughtful design to every project she works on. Coming from a large family with five siblings living around the world, Bella loves traveling to visit family and experience new places and cultures. When she’s not designing, you’ll likely find her enjoying time at the beach. What Bella enjoys most about design is being able to contribute creatively to each project and watching the transformation from the initial concept to the finished space come to life.

Mitchell, a Fort Myers native, earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Florida Gulf Coast University. During his time at FGCU, he was an active member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity, serving as Vice President during his senior year. For Mitchell, the most rewarding part of his job is witnessing the final transformation of each project.

Lynn, originally from Hartford, Connecticut, moved to Southwest Florida in 1980. She earned her Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Legal Secretary Studies from Southwest Florida College. Lynn has been with Premier Showcase since its founding in 1996 and previously served as the accountant at Josie Cypher Inc. Her extensive experience in both accounting and operations has contributed to her key role at Premier Showcase.
