Our Team

Manny, a Florida Licensed Contractor, was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut, and relocated to Southwest Florida in 1979. He began his career in the construction industry in 1984 as the founder of Josie Cypher Inc., before following his passion for design and founding Premier Showcase in 1996. As Founder and President, Manny brings decades of industry expertise, leadership, and vision to every project. What he finds most rewarding is building lasting client relationships and helping transform their ideas into beautifully realized spaces.

Daniel, a Florida Licensed Contractor and Fort Myers native, has been an integral part of Premier Showcase since 2002, bringing decades of industry experience and leadership to the team. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the International Academy of Design & Technology in Tampa. As Vice President, Daniel is passionate about working closely with clients, applying his design expertise and hands-on knowledge to successfully bring every project to completion.

Amanda, a Fort Myers native, attended Florida Gulf Coast University from 2010 to 2014, where she was a pitcher for the Division-1 Softball team while earning her Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. She brings dedication, teamwork, and a detail-oriented mindset to Premier Showcase. Amanda finds the greatest reward in watching projects come together and building meaningful relationships with clients throughout the process.

Originally from the small town of Underwood, Minnesota, Justin relocated to Fort Myers in 2021. He attended the University of Minnesota Morris, where he played collegiate football and earned his degree in Financial and Organizational Management. Justin brings a strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and passion for growth to Premier Showcase. He enjoys the daily learning opportunities in his role and finds fulfillment in helping bring clients’ visions to life.

Bella was born and raised in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, before relocating to Florida in 2021. She studied through the Interior Design Institute and brings a creative eye and passion for thoughtful design to every project. Coming from a large family with five siblings living around the world, Bella enjoys traveling, exploring new places and cultures, and spending time at the beach. What she loves most about design is contributing creatively to each project and watching the transformation from initial concept to finished space come to life.

Mitchell, a Fort Myers native, earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Florida Gulf Coast University. During his time at FGCU, he was an active member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity, serving as Vice President in his senior year. Mitchell brings an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership, and dedication to the Premier Showcase team. For him, the most rewarding part of the job is witnessing the final transformation of each project and seeing a client’s vision come to life.

Rob was born in California and raised in Michigan. He attended the University of Cincinnati, where he studied Construction Management, building the foundation for a successful career in construction and remodeling. Rob brings extensive industry knowledge, dedication, and a people-first approach to Premier Showcase. He enjoys building strong client relationships and helping bring visions to life through communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. Outside of work, Rob is a proud husband, father of two sons, and grandfather who values family and connection.

Lynn, originally from Hartford, Connecticut, relocated to Southwest Florida in 1980. She earned her Associate of Arts degree in Legal Secretary Studies from Southwest Florida College. Having been with Premier Showcase since its founding in 1996, and previously serving as Accountant at Josie Cypher Inc., Lynn brings decades of experience in accounting, administration, and operations. Her knowledge, dedication, and longstanding commitment continue to make her an integral part of the Premier Showcase team.
