Our Team

Manny is a Florida Licensed Contractor. He was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut and moved to Southwest Florida in 1979. Originally the founder of a construction company, Josie Cypher Inc., Manny began work in the industry in 1984. Realizing his passion for design, Manny opened Premier Showcase Inc. 12 years later in 1996. According to Manny, the best part of his job is forming relationships with clients and doing anything he can to bring their transformation needs to life.

Daniel is also a Florida Licensed Contractor. Daniel was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida and has been with Premier Showcase since 2002. He attended International Academy of Design and Technology of Tampa where he received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Interior Design. Daniel enjoys being able to work closely with clients, day in and day out.

Amanda was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida. She attended Florida Gulf Coast University from 2010-2014 where she was a pitcher for the Division-1 Softball program and received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Information Systems. Amanda says the best part of her job is seeing everything come together in the end and being able to form relationships with customers.

Justin was raised in Underwood, Minnesota, a small town three hours north-west of the Twin Cities and moved to Fort Myers in 2021. Justin played college football at the University of Minnesota, Morris where he completed his degree in Financial and Organization Management. Justin says the best part of his job is learning new things everyday and being able to bring the client’s visions to life.

Mitchell was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida. He attended Florida Gulf Coast University and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship. Mitchell was a part of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity and served as the Vice President his senior year. Mitchell says the best part of his job is seeing the final transformation.

Bernie was born in Germany and moved to Florida with his family in 1999. Raised in Fort Myers, Bernie attended Edison Community College (now Florida SouthWestern State College) for his associates degree and received his Bachelors in Business Management with International Policy from Florida International University. Bernie says the best part of his job is working closely with the clients to make their {home} dreams come true.

Haley was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida and moved to Fort Myers in 2019 to attend Florida Gulf Coast University. Haley received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and her Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Leadership. Haley was a competitive gymnast for 13 years, representing Team USA for 3 of those years and says her time as a competitive gymnast contributed to her strong work ethic, respect, and determination. Haley says the best part of her job is being able to bring designs to life for clients to see their dream homes become reality.

Lynn was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut and moved to Southwest Florida in 1980. Lynn attended Southwest Florida College and received her Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Legal Secretary Studies. Lynn has been with Premier Showcase since they opened in 1996 and had previously served as the accountant at Josie Cypher Inc. as well.
